Recordiwyd y sesiwn fyw yma o gwmpas penblwydd cyntaf yr album, yn yr union ystafell y recordiom yr albwm, tua dwy flynedd cyn hynny.

Band byw yw Breichiau Hir, dyna lle mae popeth yn dod at ei gilydd i ni.

Odd eistedd ar yr album dros y pandemig yn gymaint o her i ni, gyda ni’n ysu yn ddiamynedd i gael e’ mas a'i chwarae i bawb.

Ein gig iawn gyntaf yn ôl o’r pandemig odd lansiad yr album, a hwnna odd un o brofiadau mwya euphoric ni erioed wedi cael. Roedd gorfod cadw’r caneuon yna’n dawel am tua 18 mis ac yna'n sydyn iawn cael eu rhyddhau a'u chwarae'n uchel yn llethol.

Wedyn, gafom ni ein blwyddyn brysuraf o chwarae rhai o’r gigs gorau i ni neud. Roedd y sesiwn hon i ddathlu hynny ac i rhoi diweddglo taclus i’r 12 mis hynny cyn dychwelyd i'r stiwdio ar gyfer y bennod nesaf.

The live session was recorded around the one year mark of when we released the album, in the very room we recorded the album two years before that.

Breichiau Hir are a live band, it’s where everything comes to life for us.

Sitting on the album over the pandemic was such a challenge for us, we just wanted to get it out and play it for everyone.

Our first proper gig back from the pandemic was our album launch, and it was one of the most euphoric experiences we’ve ever had. Having those songs simmer quietly for about 18 months and then all of a sudden getting to release them and play them loudly was overwhelming.

We then had our busiest year to date of playing some of the best shows we’ve ever been offered. This session was to celebrate that and to book end those 12 months before returning to the studio for the next chapter.
